Energy Balls

These 5 minute energy balls are the perfect grab and go snack. I promise they will quickly become a family favorite! Feel free to get creative too- try swapping out dried fruit for the chocolate chips, or almond butter instead of peanut butter.

Homemade Energy Balls

  • 1 Mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chips
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup pure maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together then roll into small balls.  Place on a parchment paper lined cooking sheet and freeze until set. Enjoy!
